This also counts for Swift and Bide, which thus no longer have "perfect" accuracy. The infamous 1/256 accuracy was toned down, now being 1/65536 this is achieved by having accuracy re-roll if it would result in a "1/256 miss", but only once. Whether it improved the game is arguable, with some players heavily disliking the Substitute change, while others praise it for being less buggy.
